Its a catch 22 world when it comes to the garden. You want the bounty but you never can keep up when you are rewarded
This year i did catch up. Over thirty jars of tomatoes. Tons of peppers….i even preserved some red roasted peppers in olive oil. And some hot peppers. Tip of the iceberg.
There was a contest in new Hamburg for preserves. I would have won the 5 dollar prize for sure.  But I’m only in it for the passion
