Hey Guys,

Family's good, thanks! Actually have a third well on its way. I'll let you know how the sleeping goes with three kids under 4!

My biggest handicap is that I don't get to play too often, but I'll definitely bring the clubs down this summer.

5:30 is very dark and dreary in Ottawa - thank God for strong coffee!

"Printers Alley" - now that brings back fun memories, or should I say hazy drunken memories. It's amazing how fast things change. Now I'm an old married family man who's in bed at 9:30 every day - pretty sad, but I wouldn't give it up for anything (well except maybe for more golf).

Hi Ship!

Wow, I have a hard time picturing Shiposh with two kids. Hard to see the guy who did shots with the tongue-pierced barmaid in Printer's Alley as a double-dad!

Hi Ship! How's the golf handicap going? You'll have to bring the clubs down in the summer and we can catch up on old times.
Wow, I know getting up at 5:30 is tough enough, but considering you live in the deep dark tundra of Ottawa, I'm really feeling for you man!
Hope the family is well and it's good to hear from you!

Hey Roach (I stumbled across your blog after Biff sent me the link to Chris' Dave Litwack entry). Anyway, I'd say you're doing pretty well - Just wait until you have 2 kids. I haven't actually caught them yet, but I'm positive my boys have a meeting every night to determine who's turn it is to wake up dad at 5:30. I'm sure they're conspiring against me! I figure only 10-15 years until they start sleeping into Noon. I guess I'll catch up on my sleep then.

Yes, the getting out of bed part is and always shall be painful. It's only a couple of minutes before I've gained senses and can adjust to the horrors of being awake, but wow those are a tough couple of minutes.

I'm glad your happy about it.

The whole "I now have to get up at 6:45 instead of 10" thing is killing me.

The kind of funny part is that I _want_ to get up, since that time in the morning is a big part of my total Sarah time every day, but actually getting out of bed is painful every day.
